Worcestershire 1000 Meets at Bewdley BreweryPublished: Friday, 27th September 2019
The network of businesses and organisations championing Worcestershire, known as the Worcestershire 1000, has held its latest event at Bewdley Brewery.
Over 320 companies from all parts of Worcestershire have joined the network since its launch in the Spring. By joining the Worcestershire 1000, members agree to help promote the county regionally, nationally and internationally.
This was the third meeting of the Worcestershire 1000 with previous members’ events being held earlier this summer at Heller Machine Tools in Redditch and at Malvern’s Morgan Motor Company.
Over thirty members arrived at Bewdley Brewery to firstly purchase a pint of one of their delicious craft beers then to be given a welcome tour of the Brewery.
Attendees were then updated on the progress of the new approach to raising the profile of Worcestershire regionally, nationally and internationally and given the opportunity to find out more about the on #moreinworcestershire campaign. The campaign was launched on Monday to promote the work-life balance that can be found in Worcestershire and to inspire inward investment.
